Yoga Classes

There are so many benefits to yoga; improved posture, concentration, strength, flexibility are just a few. The carefully crafted positions and breathing techniques boost oxygen levels to the brain which can in turn can alleviate depression and promote a happy demeanour.
 
Yoga works in conjunction with the circuit training and self-defence classes, concentrating on the internal organs, joints and the spine to combine in a series of physical asanas or poses, which help to balance body and mind.

Tuesday: 

6.30am – 8.00am 

6.30pm – 8.00pm 

Wednesday:

7.00am-8.00am

9.00am – 10.30am 

6.30pm – 8.00pm 

Saturday:

10.00am – 11.30am 
11.45am – 1.00pm
