Circuit Training

Circuit training is a series of cardio vascular exercises to work your muscles and keep your heart healthy. Props, such as kettle bells, medicine balls and resistance tubes are utilised to work on specific muscle groups in order to give you the best possible results to for a lean, fit body.

Class times:

Tuesday:

6.30pm – 7.30pm 

Thursday: 

9.30am – 10.30am 

2.30pm – 3.30pm 

6.00pm – 7.00pm

Saturday:

12.30pm – 2.00pm
